Create Movement Layers

Tiny script that creates 8 directional movement layers of a selected object.

After the layers have been created you can also choose new values and update them if you want to test other speeds.

Hopefully this just speeds things a bit when testing out movement speeds for a character :).

Any feedback or requests for updates appreciated!

Tested in Maya 2018, should work in older and newer versions.
